Qasil is a skincare brand I created with the goal of sharing the beauty secrets of my culture, which have been passed down for generations. As someone passionate about skincare, this project was deeply personal to me. My vision was to seamlessly integrate cultural heritage into the brand’s identity and design, while ensuring it also appealed to a modern audience.
Throughout this project, I encountered several challenges and iterations, but each step provided valuable insights into branding, packaging design, and consumer engagement. The color palette was carefully selected to reflect the rich tones found in traditional cultural clothing, reinforcing the brand’s deep connection to its roots.
I independently designed the logo, product labels, and website, which was both a challenge and an invaluable learning experience. Managing every aspect of the brand’s visual identity allowed me to refine my skills in brand development, packaging aesthetics, and digital design.
This project not only strengthened my technical abilities but also deepened my understanding of how design can tell a story and bridge tradition with contemporary appeal.
